The Contemporary Sculptors Association is a not for profit arts organisation dedicated to promoting contemporary sculpture and the spatial arts in contemporary urban and regional Australia.
The CSA aims to work together with individual artists, levels of government, professional organisations, the commercial sector and the wider community, to expand the diversity of contemporary sculpture and 3-D art professions.

- To Represent the interest of contemporary sculptors and to promote contemporary sculpture.
- To expand public awareness of contemporary sculpture.
- To encourage excellence in professional practice amongst contemporary sculptors, and promote professional networks.
Objectives
- To locate and/or help facilitate the development of studio space for sculpture- either directly or on an advisory level.
- To keep sculptors informed of professional opportunities and association news, by was of the CSA newsletter.
- To maintain and make available a visual and data reference library of information about members and their work.
- To promote and organise the exhibition of sculpture in both public and private venues.
- To encourage employment opportunities - through commissions, teaching, and artist in resident programs.
- To promote patronage of sculpture through prizes, commissions and exhibitions.
- To develop relationships with Government and private organisations for sponsorship of contemporary sculpture.
- To provide opportunities for sculpture to be incorporated into the built form.
